When placing an order or contacting us, Teklyo may process the data required to manage the order: first name, last name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if provided, cart content and tracking information.

Purposes

This data is used to process orders, organize delivery, respond to customer requests, manage returns, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Payment

Payments are processed through providers integrated with Shopify. Teklyo does not store full bank card numbers.

Service providers

Data may be transmitted to service providers required for the store to operate: Shopify, payment providers, suppliers, carriers, email tools and technical services.

Cookies

The website may use cookies necessary for the store to function, as well as analytics or marketing cookies when enabled. Non-essential cookies must, when required, be subject to visitor consent.
