Right of withdrawal

For online purchases made by a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions.

Return conditions

The product must be returned complete, unused, in its original condition and with any accessories. Return costs may remain the customer's responsibility, except in case of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product.

Defective product or order issue

If the product received is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, send clear photos of the product, packaging and your order number.

Refund

After validation of the return or reported issue, the refund is made through the payment method used for the order.
