Terms and conditions of sale

Important: some legal company identification details must be completed before a full commercial launch: legal name or entrepreneur name, legal form, SIRET/RCS, registered address, VAT number if applicable.

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the Teklyo store, available at https://teklyo.fr.

2. Products

The products offered are described on each product page. Photos are provided for presentation and may slightly differ from the product received depending on the supplier, screen used or selected variant.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros including taxes where VAT applies. Any shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.

4. Order

The customer checks the cart, address and payment information before confirming the order. Confirming an order means accepting these terms.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the methods offered at Shopify checkout. The order is processed after payment confirmation.

6. Shipping

Shipping conditions are detailed on the Shipping page. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the supplier, carrier and destination country.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with distance selling rules, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions.

8. Returns and refunds

9. Legal warranties

The customer benefits from applicable legal warranties, including legal conformity warranty and warranty against hidden defects when conditions are met.
